Care Bears~!

I grew up on the Care Bears. I loved the Care Bears. I was OBSESSED with the Care Bears as a kid. I watched all the movies until the Beta tapes and VHS tapes I owned broke. Secret Bear was my favorite with Grumpy Bear as the second. I was so sad when Secret Bear disappeared from the series.

At some point, they did bring her back, but I was upset to see the color change. It is what it is, but I’m the type of person that just hates changes. It’s part of life, but I really can’t shake the memory of the Secret Bear I posted above.

The reason I’m talking about Care Bears right now? That commission I’m working on right now involves a custom Care Bear. I can’t wait to finish it and post up the completed project. It’s just a fun piece that I’m doing for a friend. Since I’ve been struggling with getting artwork done I was hoping to do a fun piece that I would be invested in to give me extra motivation. Hopefully, it’ll turn out well.

On that note, I think I’ll go work on that piece right now. Looking forward to tomorrow, guys!
