I went to the library with my stepdaughter after school on Wednesday and got some books! This was my haul for the day. I’m working on learning Japanese… having trouble with that so going to try using this book to help me.

The Books Make a Home book just looked interesting. I have no idea how to decorate with books, but I was hoping that one day when we have our own home, I can use my many, many books as decor. I have a TON of books in storage right now.

I have a lot of crochet projects in the works, but I still need to learn some of the basics. I just derped around to learn crocheting from Youtube videos. I want to expand my knowledge a bit.

And the Invisible Library blurb just sucked me in with the blurb:
Irene is a professional spy for the mysterious Library, which harvests fiction from different realities. And along with her enigmatic assistant Kai, she’s posted to an alternative London. Their mission – to retrieve a dangerous book. But when they arrive, it’s already been stolen. London’s underground factions seem prepared to fight to the very death to find her book. Adding to the jeopardy, this world is chaos-infested – the laws of nature bent to allow supernatural creatures and unpredictable magic.

I’m a bit behind on my Inktober 52 sketches, so I’ll have to catch up on last week’s picture and this week’s, but for right now, I’m going to go bury myself in some good books. Thanks for stopping by!
