Art Imitates Life

It took me a while to get to a sketch that I liked, but I used the light board to trace a few copies of it and I’ve been practicing with the alcohol markers again. The first one, the plate, I was hoping it would blend better. It did not turn out like the rainbow that I wanted.

The practice is really nice at least. I’ve been thinking about doing some watercolor paintings too, but I don’t think this is the model I want to use with watercolor paints. I’ve been drinking tea so much lately that the idea of a tea party came to mind.

Crystals + Tea

Hope you like the doodles! Thanks for stopping in today. See you tomorrow!
