Inktober52 – Week 18: WORLD

When I first thought about this prompt, I almost wanted to illustrate one of the worlds from the old LARP I used to play or maybe even the world from my tabletop game… I have an older illustration from back when our tabletop game reached one of the campaign conclusions. This is WAY back in the day when I used to draw by hand, scan the artwork, then color and edit it on the computer.

My style was a lot different back then and also, and I used to draw/doodle the campaign as we did each tabletop session. Since I don’t actually play any tabletop anymore, I don’t have a world to draw. I’m thinking of working on some stories very loosely based on those games. More like, inspired by. Definitely not something that I’ll be able to finish within a week for this prompt. So I’m just going with a very basic drawing idea.

I got the nub fixed on my tablet so I can do digital art again! YAY. Please don’t come at me if the world’s tilt and the moon and the sun and everything look strange. I went for a very low detail, cartoonish style for this one. I’m not an astronomy nerd. LOL. Thanks for stopping by today. It’s been an exhausting few weeks with the puppies. I’m trying to keep up with my posts!
