I found a decent “magazine” from the digital Libby Library. And it’s got some good staples in it for keto meals. I’ve gained a few pounds and I’m trying not to beat myself up about it. So all and all, I’m back to my pre-diet weight again. Bleck. Slapping the reset button on this diet once I get out of this Manic phase. I’ve sadly noticed that I’m super hungry all the time when I’m like this.
I picked a couple of recipes that are comfort foods for me. Hummus is always good with some kind of veggie to snack on it. Like cucumber slices, carrot sticks, or celery. The cucumber sub sounds like a nice tea sandwich or sushi-like snack. Stroganoff is my SO’s favorite so I’m hoping the keto version will be something he enjoys. And then I also love, love, LOVE Thai Coconut soup.
Pretty simple today. I wanted to draw some, but I can’t find my tablet for some reason. (Uh oh.) I’ll try to do some art soon. Or something other than reposting some library book finds. Or *gasp* maybe showing how horrible the storage unit looks right now. I’m supposed to go look at it and maybe clear some stuff tomorrow. Depending on how hot and sunny it is before I pick up the child.
