Patterns? I’m so confused!

SO I picked this book up online. Like so many of the online books, it just did not translate well. I’m not sure how they scan these into the system. I suppose they must be broken up on two pages in the physical book, but the images being split make it so confusing. It was black and white in the e-book as well, so it’s really hard to think what the pattern is “supposed” to look like.

I’m not entirely sure if I want to do a Celtic-themed embroidery first. Or maybe trying something else after I get done with my kits. Honestly, I’ve been considering working on something else for when it gets cool in the Fall. I might go to the Goodwill and look for a jean jacket or something to embroider.

But that’s a topic for another post. What do you think of these images from the book? Can you understand them?
